These terms are an agreement between you and Solayman Islam Ruman, doing business as Logic & Gate (“we”, “us”, “our”), for Duskthorn: The Asylum and Dreadhush: House of Silence (each a “Game”). By installing or playing a Game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not install or play it. Questions: [email protected].
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play each Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You also have to follow the Google Play terms that apply to your download.
The Games and their content belong to us or to the third parties who license them to us. Third-party work is credited inside each Game. These terms give you the right to play, not ownership of anything in a Game.
The Games are free and have no in-app purchases. They show full-screen ads through Unity LevelPlay, which can request ads from Unity Ads and Google AdMob. Dreadhush also offers an optional rewarded ad, and its reward is given only when the ad network confirms you completed the ad. Ads may not always be available, and the products in them are offered by the advertisers, not by us.
How ads and your information are handled is explained in the Duskthorn Privacy Policy and the Dreadhush Privacy Policy, where you can also read how to change your ad choices.
The Games are horror games with frightening content, and they are not directed to children. Please check the age rating shown on Google Play before you play.
The Games need an internet connection. Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. We do not keep a copy, so uninstalling a Game or clearing its data removes them and we cannot restore them.
We may update, change or stop offering a Game, for example to fix problems or to follow the law. We may also update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the Game or on this page.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. Your licence ends if you uninstall it or if you break these terms in a serious way.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live. Where those rights apply, they take priority over anything in these terms that says otherwise.
As far as the law allows, each Game is provided free of charge “as is”, without a promise that it will always be available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a Game, including lost progress. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes may be brought in the competent courts of Bangladesh. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of that country.
