This Privacy Policy explains how Solayman Islam Ruman, doing business as Logic & Gate (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information when you download and play Dreadhush, our survival horror game for Android (the “Game”). 1. Who we are

The Game is published by Logic & Gate, a sole proprietorship owned by Solayman Islam Ruman, South Bhitabaria, Bhandaria, Pirojpur, Barisal Division 8550, Bangladesh. We are responsible for the information described in this policy that we control. Our advertising partner is responsible for the information it collects under its own privacy policy (see section 6).

2. What information is collected

Information you give us

The Game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any account details. There is no registration, no login, no chat and no in-app purchase. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

Information kept only on your device

The Game saves your progress (such as the current in-game day, the items you carry and the locks you have opened) and your settings (such as volume and look sensitivity) in the Game's own storage on your phone. This data is never sent to us. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it.

Information collected by our advertising partner

The Game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay, a service of Unity Technologies, with Unity Ads as its ad network. When the Game requests or shows an ad, their software (built into the Game) automatically collects information such as:

• your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), where available, and identifiers the advertising software assigns to your device or installation;
• your IP address, and the approximate location derived from it (such as your country);
• device and app information: device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, language, screen size, network type, and the Game's name and version;
• ad activity: which ads were requested, shown and tapped, and whether a rewarded ad was watched to the end, and the timing of your sessions in the Game;
• diagnostic information about the advertising software, such as errors, load times and performance;
• in-app purchase history, where an app has purchases. Dreadhush sells nothing, so there is none to collect.

The Game does not collect your precise (GPS) location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone.

3. How the information is used

• To show ads that keep the Game free. The Game shows a full-screen ad after an in-game death, and offers an optional rewarded ad, which you choose to watch, to refill the torch. Our partner uses the information above to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent ad fraud, and, where permitted, to personalise them.
• To answer you when you contact us for support.
• To comply with the law and to protect our rights, our players and the Game.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for personalised advertising, which you can withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests in funding a free game with non-personalised ads, measuring those ads and preventing fraud; and legal obligations where the law requires us to process or keep information.

5. Advertising and your choices

• Consent. The first time you open the Game, before any ad is requested, it asks whether you allow personalised ads. You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Personalised ads. If you say no, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised, and your choice is also passed on as an opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” under US state laws.
• Your Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings (usually Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Settings › Google › Ads). Without it, ads cannot be personalised to you.
• Inside an ad. Many ads show a small privacy icon you can tap to learn more or to opt out of certain personalised ads.
• Rewarded ads are optional. The Game never requires you to watch one.

6. Who information is shared with

• Unity Technologies (Unity LevelPlay mediation and Unity Ads), which collects and processes the advertising information described in section 2 under its own policy: Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
• Google, which provides the Android Advertising ID and distributes the Game through Google Play: Google Privacy Policy.
• Authorities, where the law requires it, and a buyer or successor if our business or the Game is ever sold or transferred.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalised ads through our partner may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some US state laws; you can opt out as described in section 5.

7. International transfers

Our advertising partner may process information in the United States and other countries, which may not have the same data protection laws as yours. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, such transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in the partner's policy.

8. How long information is kept

We do not keep any player data on our own servers. Your progress and settings stay on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you, and no longer than 12 months. Our advertising partner keeps the information it collects for the periods stated in its own policy.

9. Children

Dreadhush is a horror game with frightening content. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies where you live). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada and several US states), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information; to object to or restrict its use; to data portability; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sharing” of personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Because we hold no player data ourselves, the quickest routes are: clear the Game's data or uninstall it (removes everything on your device); reset or delete your Advertising ID (section 5); and, for information held by our advertising partner, the request options in the Unity privacy policy. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will help. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with how we handled your request, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We keep what we collect to a minimum, and the Game stores your progress only on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the Game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the Game or on this page.
