On your phone only. There is no account, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings starts you over, and progress does not move between devices.

Dreadhush is free. An ad plays after a death, and you can choose to watch one to refill a dead torch. That one is always optional (though true gamers never do).
Yes. Reset or delete your Advertising ID in your phone's settings (usually Settings › Privacy › Ads), or tap the privacy icon inside an ad. See the Dreadhush Privacy Policy for details.
