How do I withdraw Tan to my Solana wallet? +

Go to the "Wallet" section in the app, tap "Withdraw", enter your Solana wallet address (must be a valid Solana address). Minimum withdrawal is 1 Tan. Withdrawals are processed within 48 hours.

My referral bonus is not showing. What do I do? +

Make sure your friend used your referral code during signup. Bonuses are credited when the referred friend must be active with the app. If still missing, email us with both usernames, email address and Uid.

I lost my progress after reinstalling. +

Progress is tied to your device ID. If you changed devices, please contact support with your old and new device identifiers (we can manually transfer your Tan balance). We strongly recommend linking an email in a future update.

Is my Solana wallet safe? Can you take my funds? +

No, we never have access to your private keys or wallet funds. We only send Solana to your wallet. Always keep your recovery phrase secure.

How to delete my account and personal data? +

Send an email to support@logicandgate.com with "Delete my Tanzanite account" in the subject. We will remove your in‑game data and any stored wallet addresses immediately.

Can i use multiple device or account? +

No! For more information about it, read our Terms and condition (Tanzanite Mining).

Why there is too much ads? +

Sorry to hear that, but as you see it's a reward base ecosystem for that reason we should run ads to keep our service alive.
