The music and sound effects in our games, trailers and store listings are original works created and owned by Logic & Gate. They are not stock or library music and are not registered with any content-identification system. The declarations below identify each work by its SHA-256 fingerprint and set out the licence terms.

In this declaration "the Owner" means Solayman Islam Ruman, trading as Logic & Gate.
This declaration covers the following original audio works (together, "the Works"). Each file is identified by its SHA-256 fingerprint. Any change to a file, even a single byte, produces a different fingerprint, so the listed values identify these exact recordings.
The Works also include every recording that the source programs listed below produce, and any edit, remix, extract or re-encoding of the Works (for example, the music as heard in videos and trailers published by the Owner).
The Works were created on 14 September 2026 for the Owner's games Znite Run and Tanzanite Mining. They were not recorded, sampled, copied or adapted from any existing music, sound library, loop pack or recording. Every sound was synthesised mathematically by computer programs written for this purpose. The programs build each sound from basic waveforms (sine, sawtooth, square and noise) and arrange them according to an original composition. The creative choices — style, mood, instruments, structure, tempo, key, melody and arrangement — were directed by the Owner to match the story of Znite Run (Pluto, year 2200, AIOT City and the Broom Industries robot) and the style of Tanzanite Mining. The programs were written with the assistance of an AI coding tool used by the Owner. The terms of service of that tool provide that the user receives all rights, title and interest the tool provider may have in the output.
The source programs and the original audio masters are kept by the Owner as evidence of authorship. Running the programs reproduces the Works.
The Works may be used without restriction in the Owner's own products and marketing, including the Znite Run and Tanzanite Mining applications, trailers, advertisements, store listings, websites and social media channels.
No licence is granted to any other person. Nobody else may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, broadcast, stream, sell, sub-license, remix, sample or create derivative works from the Works, or use them in any product, video or advertisement, without the Owner's prior written permission.
Nobody may upload, register or claim the Works (or any part of them) in YouTube Content ID, a music distribution service, a stock-audio marketplace or any similar rights-management or monetisation system. Any claim made by a third party against the Owner's own use of the Works is invalid, and the Owner may dispute it and seek its removal.
Players may publish gameplay videos, streams and reviews of the Owner's games in which the in-game music and sound effects are heard as part of normal gameplay, and may monetise them on their own channels. This permission does not allow extracting the Works to use separately, or claiming them.
Requests for permission to use the Works must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Permission is valid only if given in writing by the Owner.
Unauthorised use of the Works infringes the Owner's copyright. The Owner may issue takedown notices, dispute claims, and take any other action available under applicable law.
This declaration and licence are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Copyright Act of Bangladesh, and by the international copyright treaties Bangladesh is party to, including the Berne Convention. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh, without limiting the Owner's right to enforce the Owner's rights in any other country where infringement occurs.

The Work was created on 15 September 2026 for the Owner's game Tanzanite Mining. It was not recorded, sampled, copied or adapted from any existing music, sound library, loop pack, preset or recording, and no AI music-generation service was used. Every sound was synthesised mathematically by a computer program written for this purpose, using sine and sawtooth oscillators, filtered noise, FM synthesis and a convolution reverb. The melody, chord progression, drum patterns and arrangement are written as data inside the program, and the structure follows the edit of the feature video. The programs were written with the assistance of an AI coding tool used by the Owner. The terms of service of that tool provide that the user receives all rights, title and interest the tool provider may have in the output.
The Works may be used without restriction in the Owner's own products and marketing, including the Tanzanite Mining applications, trailers, advertisements, store listings, websites and social media channels.
