Znite Run is provided by Solayman Islam Ruman, doing business as Logic & Gate, South Bhitabaria, Bhandaria, Pirojpur, Barisal Division 8550, Bangladesh. These are the same terms shown inside the app. See also the Znite Run Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using the Znite Run app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Znite Run is an endless-runner game in which users complete timed runs, collect in-game coins, and claim those coins as "Z Coin" — a virtual in-app reward balance. No real-world value is created by playing; Z Coin is a virtual reward redeemable only as described in Section 6.
3.1. You must create an account using a valid email address. Email verification is required before you can sign in.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
3.3. Znite Run is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. There is no parental- or guardian-consent route: if you are under 18 you may not use the App, and we will close any account we find to belong to a minor. You confirm your age when you create your account.
3.4. The App links one account to the Android device used to register it, and will not allow that device to register a second account. This is a device-level control, not identity verification — it does not prevent one person from using multiple devices.
3.5. Your account is assigned a unique Player ID, visible in Settings. Keep it private; it is used for support requests such as account verification and deletion.
3.6. Play Integrity Verification: the App may use the Google Play Integrity API to verify that your device is genuine and the App has not been tampered with. This check runs when you create an account, when you sign in, and when you request a withdrawal. Accounts cannot be created on, or signed in from, devices that fail this check (for example rooted, emulated or modified devices). No personal information is shared with Google as part of this check; only a technical integrity token is generated on-device and verified by our servers. Withdrawals are available only in a copy of the App installed from Google Play, on a device that passes this check; copies installed from any other source cannot withdraw.
3.7. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): the App offers an optional Two-Factor Authentication feature using Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) technology, compatible with apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your authenticator app. If you lose access, contact [email protected] to verify your identity before 2FA can be removed from your account.
4.1. Completing a run and tapping "Claim Coins" credits the coins and distance from that run to your account balance. Leaving a run without claiming forfeits that run's coins and distance.
4.2. Claiming a run's coins requires watching a rewarded video advertisement to the end. The coins are credited once our advertising partner confirms the advertisement was watched, which is usually immediate. If you close the advertisement early, or none is available, that run's coins are not credited and you may try claiming again.
4.3. Free accounts may play up to 1 hour of active in-run time within any rolling 12-hour window. A forced interstitial advertisement may appear periodically during app use for free accounts.
4.4. To protect the economy against automated abuse, the number of runs you may claim within a rolling 12-hour window is limited in proportion to your play-time allowance. Normal play does not reach this limit; if you do, claiming becomes available again as the window rolls forward.
4.5. We reserve the right to adjust earning rates, play-time limits, claim limits, or ad frequency at any time, with notice provided through the App.
5.1. Users may purchase a Bronze (weekly) or Gold (monthly) subscription through the Google Play Store.
5.2. Bronze removes forced interstitial advertisements during app use.
5.3. Gold includes everything in Bronze, plus: up to 3 withdrawal requests per week (instead of 1), up to 3 hours of active in-run play within any rolling 12-hour window (instead of 1 hour), and a daily Z Coin bonus of 10,000.
5.4. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5.5. Premium status expires at the end of the paid period unless renewed. You may restore previously purchased subscriptions through the App's restore-purchase feature.

5.7. Your Premium status is determined by Google Play's records, not by the App. Every purchase and every later change is verified directly with Google Play, and renewals, cancellations and expiries are applied to your account automatically, with no action required from you.
5.8. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise voided through Google Play - whether at your request, by Google, or by your payment provider - the Bronze or Gold access paid for by that purchase ends immediately. Z Coin already credited to your balance before that point is not removed.
5.9. If Google Play places your subscription on account hold (for example, when a payment method fails), or you pause it, Premium access is suspended for that period and is restored automatically once the subscription is active again. During a Google Play grace period your Premium access continues uninterrupted.
6.1. Users may request a withdrawal once their balance reaches the minimum of 2,000,000 Z Coin (equivalent to $1.00 USD at the current rate).
6.2. Withdrawals are paid in SOL (Solana) to a Solana wallet address you provide. Sending funds to a non-Solana address may result in permanent loss.
6.3. You are responsible for providing a correct Solana wallet address. Withdrawals sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
6.4. Free and Bronze accounts may request one withdrawal every 7 days; Gold subscribers may request up to 3 per week, per Section 5.3.
6.5. The Z Coin-to-USD rate and resulting SOL amount are set by us and may be updated periodically to reflect market conditions.
6.6. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or deny any withdrawal request that violates these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or fails device-integrity verification.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of Z Coin balance.
We collect your email address, username, gameplay statistics (coins, distance, run history), subscription status, and device identifiers used for account-verification and anti-fraud purposes. Where you consent, our advertising partner also uses your device advertising ID to personalise the ads you see. Where the law requires your consent (for example in the EEA and the UK) we ask for it through the Google consent form when you first open the App, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time in Settings under Ad privacy choices. Due to the digital and consumable nature of Z Coin and Premium subscriptions, all purchases are final except where required to remedy a proven technical fault on our part. To request a refund for a technical issue, contact [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Where a refund or chargeback does occur on a Bronze or Gold subscription, the Premium access purchased with it ends immediately and automatically, as described in Section 5.8.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Z Coin is part of a virtual reward system that may be modified or discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards actually withdrawn by you within the previous six months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for a violation of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time using "Request account deletion" in Settings, or by contacting support. Deletion removes your account, username and Z Coin balance permanently and is unrecoverable; records of completed withdrawals are retained in anonymised form as a financial record. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription — cancel that in the Play Store.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
