Tanzanite Mining is provided by Solayman Islam Ruman, doing business as Logic & Gate, South Bhitabaria, Bhandaria, Pirojpur, Barisal Division 8550, Bangladesh. These are the same terms shown inside the app. See also the Tanzanite Mining Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using the Tanzanite Mining app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Tanzanite Mining is a simulated mining application that allows users to earn virtual points ("TAN") by participating in mining sessions, watching rewarded advertisements, playing three different mini‑games, completing offerwall tasks, participating in surveys, growing a premium TAN TREE, and referring new users. No actual cryptocurrency mining occurs on your device. The mining process is entirely simulated and does not consume your device's processing power for blockchain computations.
3.1. You must create an account using a valid email address. Email verification is required before accessing the full features of the App.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
3.3. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use the App.
3.4. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.5. Your account is assigned a unique User ID (UID), visible on your profile page. This UID is an internal identifier used for support purposes such as account verification and deletion requests. Please keep your UID private and do not share it publicly to protect your account.
3.6. The App uses a device‑based verification system to prevent the creation of multiple accounts from the same device. A unique device identifier (a randomly generated UUID) is associated with your account during registration. Any attempt to create additional accounts from the same device is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
3.7. Play Integrity Verification: To maintain a fair and secure environment, the App uses the Google Play Integrity API to verify that your device is genuine, unmodified, and running a legitimate instance of the App. This check runs at registration, at each sign-in, when a mining session is started, and at every withdrawal. The API verifies that your device has not been tampered with, is not an emulator, and is not running a modified version of the App. No personal information is shared with Google; only a technical integrity token is generated on‑device and verified by our servers. By using the App, you consent to these integrity checks.
3.8. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): The App offers an optional Two-Factor Authentication feature using Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) technology, compatible with authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar applications. When enabled, accessing your account requires both your password and a time-sensitive 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app. You are solely responsible for setting up and maintaining access to your authenticator app, including keeping the device on which it is installed secure. If you lose access to your authenticator app and are unable to generate valid codes, you must contact support at [email protected] to verify your identity before 2FA can be removed from your account. We are not responsible for any delay in, or inability to, access your account resulting from the loss of your 2FA device or authenticator app. Enabling 2FA significantly improves account security but does not guarantee absolute protection, and does not replace your responsibility to use a strong, unique password and to keep your login credentials confidential.
3.9. Miner Name: During registration you choose a Miner Name, which serves as your public display name within the App. Each Miner Name must be unique. The App checks name availability in real time during sign‑up and will require you to choose a different name if the one you enter is already in use. Miner Names are compared case‑insensitively (for example, "Miner1" and "miner1" are treated as the same name).
4.1. Free users may initiate up to three (3) mining sessions per day. Premium users may initiate up to twelve (12) mining sessions per day.
4.2. Each mining session lasts approximately 3 hours for free users and 1.5 hours for Premium users (2x speed). Both free and Premium users earn 1,667 points per completed session.
4.3. Mining sessions start immediately and cost nothing to begin. A rewarded video advertisement (opt‑in) is shown when you claim the points of a finished session. Premium users may instead wait a 60‑second ad‑free warm‑up and claim without watching an ad. If no advertisement is available, your points are credited anyway — earned points are never withheld because an ad could not be shown.
4.4. Points earned per session are fixed at 1,667 points, which equals exactly 0.001667 TAN (1 TAN = 1,000,000 points).
4.5. The daily earning cap applies only to combined mining and ad rewards: 10,002 points for free users and 25,005 points for Premium users. Points earned from mini‑games, the Daily Mystery Box, TAN TREE, and streak bonuses are separate earning opportunities and are NOT counted against this cap.
4.6. Daily mining limits and earning caps reset at 00:00 UTC.
5.1. Users may purchase a Premium subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) to unlock:
5.2. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and auto‑renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5.3. Premium status expires at the end of the paid period unless renewed.
5.4. Users may restore previously purchased subscriptions through the App's restore purchase feature.
5.5. TAN TREE, described in Section 6, is exclusively available to users with an active Monthly or Yearly Premium subscription. Weekly subscribers do not have access to TAN TREE, even though all other Premium benefits listed above apply to weekly subscribers.
5.6. Your Premium status is determined by Google Play's records, not by the App. Every purchase and every subsequent subscription change is verified directly with Google Play, and your Premium period is set to the expiry date Google reports. Renewals, cancellations, and expiries are applied to your account automatically, with no action required from you.
5.7. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise voided through Google Play — whether at your request, by Google, or by your payment provider — the Premium access paid for by that purchase ends immediately, including access to TAN TREE. TAN points already credited to your balance before that point are not removed.
5.8. If Google Play places your subscription on account hold (for example, when a payment method fails), or you pause it, Premium access is suspended for that period and is restored automatically once the subscription is active again. During a Google Play grace period your Premium access continues uninterrupted.
6.1. TAN TREE is an exclusive feature available only to users with an active, verified Monthly or Yearly Premium subscription. Weekly subscribers and free users cannot access TAN TREE.
6.2. TAN TREE is a gamified passive‑earning feature represented as a growing crystal tree. The tree progresses through five (5) levels, with each higher level generating a greater amount of passive TAN per day.

6.5. When a tree's growth progress reaches 100%, it automatically advances to the next level and growth progress resets to 0%. Level 5 is the maximum level; growth progress beyond 100% at Level 5 does not grant any further level increase.
6.6. TAN TREE daily action limits (Watering, Fertilizing, Sun Boosting) reset once every 24 hours. This reset is independent from, and may occur at a different time than, the 00:00 UTC reset described in Section 4.6 that applies to mining limits and earning caps.
6.7. Passive daily TAN earnings generated by TAN TREE are distributed automatically once per day through an automated scheduled process and are credited directly to the user's point balance. TAN TREE passive earnings are separate from, and not counted against, the daily mining earning caps described in Section 4.5.
6.8. Continued access to TAN TREE and its passive earnings requires the user to maintain an active, verified Monthly or Yearly Premium subscription at all times. If a qualifying subscription expires, lapses, or is not renewed, access to TAN TREE and the crediting of any further passive earnings will be suspended until a qualifying subscription is active again. The tree's level and growth progress are preserved during any such suspension and are not reset or lost.
6.9. We reserve the right to modify TAN TREE growth rates, action costs, daily limits, cooldown periods, level caps, or passive reward amounts at any time, with notice provided through the App.
The App includes three optional mini‑games accessible from the Mine screen. Each offers unique gameplay and rewards TAN points upon completion or based on performance.
7.1. Cave Mining Game – An interactive cave‑themed game where you mine TAN through 4 runs with randomized events. Points are added to your TAN balance. The game can be played once per day (reset at 00:00 UTC). All 4 runs are played without interruption; one rewarded video advertisement is shown when you claim your points at the end.
7.2. Word Catching Game – A word‑based reaction game where you catch falling letters to form words. Earn TAN based on your score. All 4 rounds are played without interruption; one rewarded video advertisement is shown when you claim your points at the end. An additional optional ad to continue after losing all lives is offered but never required. All points are added to your regular TAN balance and are separate from the mining‑and‑ad earning cap.
7.3. Gems Merging Game – A match‑3 puzzle game where you swap gems to create matches of three or more. The game consists of 4 rounds with increasing point targets (350 / 650 / 1000 / 1333 points). All 4 rounds are played without interruption; one rewarded video advertisement is shown when you claim your points at the end. Total points earned are added to your TAN balance. The game can be played once per day (reset at 00:00 UTC).
All mini‑games are optional, and point values are displayed within each game. We reserve the right to adjust mini‑game rewards or limits without prior notice.
8.1. Users may watch up to three (3) rewarded video advertisements per 12‑hour rolling window from the Daily Reward section.
8.2. Each completed advertisement awards 1,667 points (approx. 0.001667 TAN).
8.3. Ad rewards count toward the combined mining‑and‑ad daily cap (10,002 points for free users, 25,005 points for Premium users).
8.4. Ad rewards are optional engagement incentives and do not represent employment or guaranteed earnings.
8.5. Ad availability depends on third‑party ad networks served through the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform (which may include Unity Ads, ironSource, and other partner networks) and is not guaranteed.
9.1. The App features a daily streak system that tracks consecutive days you have engaged in any earning activity (mining sessions, daily ad rewards, or mini‑game completions).
9.2. A day is counted as active if you complete at least one mining session, watch at least one daily ad, or finish any of the three mini‑games (Cave Mining, Word Catching, Gems Merging). Simply opening the app does not count.
9.3. Each active UTC day increases your streak count by one. If you miss a day (no qualifying activity), the streak resets to zero.
9.4. When your streak reaches 30 consecutive days, you become eligible for a one‑time bonus of 0.15 TAN (150,000 points). This bonus is claimable via a button on the home screen.
9.5. After claiming the bonus, the streak resets to zero and you can start a new 30‑day cycle.
9.6. The bonus is credited directly to your point balance and is subject to the same withdrawal rules as other TAN points.
9.7. We reserve the right to modify the streak bonus amount, duration, or availability at any time with prior notice through the App.
10.1. The App includes or may include an "Earn More" section that provides access to third‑party offerwalls, surveys, and task completion services (collectively "Offer Services"). As of the date of these Terms, the Offer Services are "Coming Soon" and not yet active — they will be enabled in a future update, and until then no offers can be completed and no offer‑based rewards are earned.
10.2. Offer Services are provided through the in‑app "Earn More" section. The availability of specific offers is determined by the third‑party provider and may vary by region and over time.
10.3. The Offer Services are powered by the following third‑party provider:
10.4. When you complete offers, surveys, or tasks through these providers, you earn TAN points based on the completed activity. The exact revenue share and earning rates are displayed within the "Earn More" section.
10.5. The daily earning limit for Offer Services is 50,000 points equivalent. This limit is separate from mining and ad reward limits and resets at 00:00 UTC.
10.6. Offer availability, eligibility requirements, and payout values are determined solely by the third‑party provider (Tapjoy). We do not control which offers are available and cannot guarantee the availability of any specific offer.
10.7. Users may be required to provide personal information, complete specific actions, or meet eligibility criteria as defined by each third‑party provider. Please refer to the respective provider's privacy policy before participating.
10.8. We are not responsible for offers that fail to track, delayed payouts caused by the third‑party provider, or offers that are rejected or revoked by the provider for any reason.
10.9. Users found attempting to abuse or exploit Offer Services (including but not limited to using VPNs, emulators, false information, or automated tools) will have their rewards revoked and their account may be suspended or terminated.
10.10. Some offers may be restricted by geographic location, age, or other demographic criteria. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they meet the requirements before completing any offer.
10.11. These services do not constitute employment, and participating in offers is entirely voluntary. Users are not obligated to complete any offer.
11.1. The App delivers push notifications via OneSignal. All mining-related and daily-reminder notifications are generated and dispatched server-side, meaning our servers — not your device — decide when to send them. Notification types include:
11.2. Mining start, mining completion, and daily reminder notifications are entirely server-triggered. No local notification scheduling is performed on your device for these events. Server-side delivery means these notifications will reach you even if the App is fully closed, provided your device has an internet connection and OneSignal delivery is available.
11.3. A OneSignal Player ID (a device-specific push identifier) is collected and stored on our servers solely for the purpose of delivering the notifications described in Section 11.1. This identifier is managed by the OneSignal SDK.
11.4. Users can manage notification preferences within the App, including:
11.5. Notification permissions are requested upon first launch and can be modified at any time through your device settings or the App's Notification Settings page.
11.6. The App runs a foreground service on your device during active mining sessions. This service displays a persistent on-device notification showing real-time session progress and remaining time. This notification is generated locally (not via OneSignal), cannot be dismissed while a session is active, and disappears automatically once the session ends or the reward is claimed. This foreground service ensures your mining session continues reliably when the App is running in the background.
11.7. Battery optimisation settings can be toggled at any time. Enabling the "Ignore battery optimisations" permission allows the foreground mining service to run without interruption from the operating system. Disabling this setting may cause the mining session to be interrupted or the foreground notification to be delayed on some devices.
11.8. The App requires the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission on Android 13 and above to display the persistent foreground mining notification and to receive OneSignal push notifications. This permission can be granted or revoked at any time through your device settings.
12.1. Free users advance in rank based on cumulative active mining days:
12.2. An "active day" is counted when you start at least one mining session on a given UTC day.
12.3. Purchasing any Premium subscription instantly grants "Pro" rank.
12.4. Ranks are permanent and never downgrade.
13.1. Users may request a withdrawal once they reach the minimum balance of 1 TAN (equivalent to $1.00 USD).
13.2. Withdrawals are processed automatically and instantly via the Solana blockchain. Only Solana (SOL) wallet addresses are accepted. Sending to any other blockchain address will result in permanent loss of funds.
13.3. TAN points are virtual rewards with a fixed conversion rate of 1 TAN = $1.00 USD. Points are calculated internally at a ratio of 1,000,000 points per TAN.
13.4. Payouts are sent in SOL (Solana) to the wallet address provided by the user. The amount of SOL sent is calculated based on a reference SOL/USD price set by the operator. This price is updated periodically to match current market conditions. Minor fluctuations may occur due to timing of price updates.
13.5. Users are responsible for providing a correct Solana wallet address. Withdrawals sent to incorrect or inaccessible addresses cannot be recovered or refunded.
13.6. Withdrawals are limited to one (1) request per user per 24 hours.
13.7. SOL rewards are subject to availability and fraud verification. Redemption is not guaranteed and may be delayed, modified, or denied at our discretion.
13.8. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or deny any withdrawal request that violates these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or could compromise the integrity of the system.
13.9. Redemption options (cryptocurrency payouts on Solana) are promotional and may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable laws.
13.10. Network Gas Fee: All withdrawal transactions on the Solana blockchain require a small network transaction fee ("gas fee"). This fee is approximately 5,000 lamports per transaction (roughly $0.001 USD or less, though the exact USD equivalent varies with the SOL market price). This fee is automatically deducted from your requested withdrawal amount before the SOL is sent to your wallet. You will receive slightly less than your full requested amount as a result. The deducted fee is not retained by Tanzanite Mining — it is paid directly to the Solana network validators to process your transaction. By submitting a withdrawal request, you acknowledge and accept this fee deduction.
14.1. The App displays a "Live Proof (24h)" section on the Withdraw page showing recent completed withdrawal transactions from all users within the past 24 hours.
14.2. To protect user privacy, all displayed wallet addresses and transaction signatures are masked. Only the first 3 and last 3 characters of wallet addresses are shown, and only the first 4 and last 4 characters of transaction signatures are shown. No full wallet addresses or complete transaction IDs are ever displayed.
14.3. No personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or user ID) is shown in the Live Proof section.
14.4. By using the App and completing a withdrawal, you acknowledge and consent that your masked transaction data (masked wallet address, masked transaction signature, and withdrawal amount) may be displayed to other authenticated users of the App for transparency purposes.
14.5. The withdrawal amount shown in the Live Proof section reflects the net amount actually received by the user after the Solana network gas fee has been deducted.
14.6. This feature is intended solely to demonstrate proof of genuine payouts and cannot be used to identify individual users.
15.1. Each user is assigned a unique referral code. You may share this code or link with others.
15.2. When a new user signs up using your referral link, a record linking their account to yours is created.
15.3. You will earn a bonus equal to 10% of the TAN points your referred user earns from mining sessions. This bonus is credited automatically and may be withdrawn under the same terms as regular TAN points.
15.4. Referral bonuses are subject to the same Prohibited Conduct rules. Creating fake accounts or using the program to artificially inflate earnings will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account suspension.
15.5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
16.1. Due to the digital and consumable nature of virtual points (TAN) and Premium subscriptions, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, user error, or failure to use the service.
16.2. We do not provide refunds for test purchases or for any user found to be manipulating the app, its timers, or creating multiple accounts to exploit the system.
16.3. The only exception to this policy is if a refund is required due to a proven technical fault or error on our part that directly prevents access to purchased features.
16.4. To request a refund for a technical issue, please contact: [email protected]. Include your account email, the date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue encountered. All requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
16.5. Where a refund or chargeback does occur on a Premium subscription, the Premium access purchased with it ends immediately and automatically, as described in Section 5.7.
16.6. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all TAN points.
18.1. We collect your email address, display name, mining activity, point balance, subscription status, offerwall activity, mini‑game activity, TAN TREE activity (including level, growth progress, and action history), notification preferences, device identifiers (including a randomly generated unique device ID used for account verification), and OneSignal push identifier (used exclusively for delivering notifications via OneSignal).
18.2. Completed withdrawal transactions (masked wallet address, masked transaction signature, and withdrawal amount) may be displayed to other authenticated users of the App in the Live Proof section. No full addresses, complete transaction IDs, or personally identifiable information are ever displayed publicly.
18.3. When using Offer Services, the third‑party provider (Tapjoy, a Unity company) may collect additional personal information as described in its privacy policy. Please review this policy before participating.
18.4. We use third‑party services for authentication (Supabase), analytics, advertisements (Unity LevelPlay mediation — serving ads from Unity Ads, ironSource, and other partner ad networks, which may receive your advertising identifier and device data), offerwall/surveys (Tapjoy, a Unity company — which may receive your advertising identifier and device data), email delivery (Resend), business support email (Zoho Mail), push notifications (OneSignal), and device integrity verification (Google Play Integrity API). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
18.5. You may request account deletion by contacting support at [email protected].
19.1. The App integrates with third‑party services including but not limited to:
19.2. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third‑party providers.
19.3. Some features (offerwalls, surveys) marked as "Coming Soon" in the App will become available once integration with the respective third‑party provider is complete. These Terms apply to those features upon activation.
19.4. Advertising consent: Where required by law (including the EEA, the United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states), you will be asked to provide or decline consent for personalized advertising before ads are shown, via Google's User Messaging Platform. You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings → "Manage ad consent". Full details of the data collected for advertising are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App's name, logo, design, code, content, and all related assets are the exclusive property of Tanzanite Mining. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
21.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
21.2. TAN points are part of a simulated reward system and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
21.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the App.
21.4. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or payout of any offers, surveys, or tasks provided by third‑party services.
21.5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards actually received by the user within the previous six (6) months.
21.6. We are not responsible for any loss of TAN points, data, or access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to device malfunction, operating system restrictions, or network unavailability.
21.7. Participation in Offer Services does not create any employment, contractor, or agency relationship between you and Tanzanite Mining.
22.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
22.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any remaining TAN balance or active subscriptions may be forfeited at our discretion, depending on the nature of the violation.
22.3. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion is permanent and all associated data, including TAN balance, will be unrecoverable.
We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
24.1. The App's user interface is available in multiple languages, including English, Bengali (বাংলা), Portuguese, Hindi, Indonesian, Filipino, and Spanish. You can change the display language at any time using the language selector on the sign‑in and sign‑up screens or in the Settings page. Your selected language is saved on your device and persists until you change it.
24.2. These in‑app translations are provided for your convenience only. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail and govern.
24.3. These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Subscription Disclosure are provided in English and constitute the authoritative, legally binding versions, regardless of the display language you select within the App. Selecting a display language changes only the App's interface text and does not alter, add to, or remove any of the terms, features, limits, or amounts described in these Terms.
