Delete Your Znite Run Account

⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. Your Z Coin balance is lost and cannot be restored. If you have coins you want to keep, withdraw them before you delete.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Znite Run and sign in.
Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account and data”.
Read the warning and tap “Delete permanently” to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. No waiting period, and no need to contact us.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, or you would rather we did it for you, use either of these:

Tell us the email address and username on your Znite Run account so we can find it. We will confirm once the deletion is done.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our systems:

Your account and sign-in credentials, including your email address
Your username, which is released and becomes available to other players
Your Z Coin balance and best distance
Your gameplay history, including run and reward-claim records
Your play-time records
The device identifier linked to your account, which frees that device to register a new account
Any password-reset records associated with your email address
Your two-factor authentication settings, if you enabled them

What is kept, and for how long

Two things survive deletion. We want to be clear about both.

1. Completed withdrawal records. If you withdrew Z Coin as cryptocurrency, we keep a record of that payout — the amount, the destination wallet address and the transaction reference — as a financial record. The link between that record and your account is removed, so it is no longer connected to you in our systems. These anonymised records are retained indefinitely, as financial records generally must be.

2. Blockchain transactions. Cryptocurrency payouts are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. That record is permanent and public. It cannot be edited, hidden or deleted by us, by you, or by anyone else, because it is not stored on our servers and is not within our control. Deleting your Znite Run account has no effect on it.

💡 Deleting your Znite Run account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you subscribed to Bronze or Gold, cancel it in the Google Play Store first, or you will continue to be billed.
