⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. Your TAN balance is lost and
cannot be restored. If you have TAN you want to keep, withdraw it before you request deletion.
Use the subject line “Delete my Tanzanite Mining account”.
Include the email address and miner name on your account.
We action deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We will
email you to confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, all of the following is permanently removed from our systems:
Your account and sign-in credentials, including your email address
Your miner name
Your TAN balance and points
Your mining history, mining sessions and daily activity records
Your mini-game records — Cave Mining, Word Catch and Gems Merging
Your Tanzanite Tree progress and watering history
Your daily streak history and bonus records
Your referral code, referral count and referral earnings
Your rewarded-ad and offer reward history
Your purchase and subscription records
Your saved wallet address and auto-payout settings
Your withdrawal records
The device identifier linked to your account, which frees that device to register a new account
Your device verification records, including the stored IP address and device integrity results
Any password-reset records associated with your email address
Your two-factor authentication settings, if you enabled them
If you referred other players, their accounts are not affected — the link recording that you
referred them is simply cleared.
What is kept, and for how long
Blockchain transactions. If you withdrew TAN as cryptocurrency, that payout
was recorded on the public Solana blockchain. That record is permanent and public. It cannot be
edited, hidden or deleted by us, by you, or by anyone else, because it is not stored on our
servers and is not within our control. Deleting your Tanzanite Mining account has no effect on
it.
Apart from the blockchain, we retain nothing about you after deletion. Our own record of your
withdrawals is removed along with the rest of your account.
💡 Deleting your Tanzanite Mining account does not cancel an active
Google Play subscription. If you subscribed to Premium, cancel it in the Google Play Store
first, or you will continue to be billed.
